We finally managed to do another carboot sale at wickstead park. It was such a lovely sunny day and loads of people were there. Our lovely friend Cathy had a massive house clearance and gave us loads of bits for us to sell on our stall. We met some great people who were interested in our fundraising and offered items for us to sell and offered to help out at our next fundraising events. It was so nice to meet such caring people. Also at the end we had a few people come up to us and because they heard we were fundraising they gave us some more items to sell at our next carboot/event. It was so kind of them and one lady who donated us loads was Linda and her family. She stopped and had a long chat with me about George and our fund, she was a lovely lady and offered to help us.
